Rick Byrd
Licensed Realtor, Licensed Contractor, Founder & Team Leader
Rick obtained his real estate license and started the Blueprint Group, a full service real estate team. While the Blueprint Group provides traditional services for all buying and selling real estate services, the Group also helps with other aspects of the homebuyer process. Due to the extensive knowledge of the members, the Blueprint Group specializes in helping customers buy distressed properties, design their dream home, and complete the renovation.
Mason Lareuse
Licensed Realtor & Commercial Analyst
Prior to joining the Blueprint Group, Mason worked as an Acquisition Analyst for a real estate investment firm in Los Angeles. In his role he was responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and performing due diligence for multifamily investments ranging from $5M to $100M. In addition, he presented market reports and created financial models for various investment opportunities.
